CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK ON HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR AFTER-HOURS?
Your Virtual Assistant can work on weekends, ensuring that you have support even during non-traditional working hours. However, we value work-life balance and do not require or expect our Virtual Assistants to work on holidays. Our commitment is to provide you with effective support while respecting our team's well-being and personal time. This way, you can rely on your VA during weekends for your business needs, knowing that they can enjoy holidays and their own time off.
CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT HELP ME FILE MY TAXES?
While we provide bookkeeping services and work closely with your accountant to ensure accurate financial records, we do not have the authority or expertise to file taxes on your behalf. Tax filing requires specialized knowledge and credentials that are typically the domain of certified accountants or tax professionals. We are here to support your financial record-keeping and to provide the necessary documentation and information to facilitate the tax filing process with your accountant, but the actual filing is a separate and specialized service.
